2. What are your opening hours?

We open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. We close on Sundays.  

3. What are the coworking rules?

Our coworking rules are based on common sense and on creating a pleasant environment for all our members. You can find our coworking regulations here. (link)

4. What changes during Covid-19? Are new security measures being taken in the spaces?

Yes. Security in our spaces is a priority. Some of the measures already implemented are: Daily sanitation Masks are available and recommended to use within our spaces Hand sanitizer available at various points in the space

5. What is the best way to get to CENTRICO?

If you are inside the city center, the best way to get to our spaces is on foot! We are 5 minutes from the main square. If that is not possible, take a bus and you will find a stop just in front of any of our spaces<

6. Do you handle special requests?

Of course, ask the CENTRICO team and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.

7. Do I have access to both locations with my coworking membership?

Yes, with any coworking membership you have access to our Centro and Jalatlaco locations.

8. How many coworking seats do you have?

We have 16 coworking seats at Centro and 18 in Jalatlaco! Contact us to book in advance or check our availability.

9. What do you get with coworking membership?

Access to both coworking locations (Centro and Jalatlaco) during business hours without a fixed workstation. Just take any available seat or book a meeting room and enjoy our high-speed Internet, complimentary water, coffee and tea.

10. How long are the leasing periods for a private office?

You can lease an office for 3, 6 and 12 months.

11. Do you offer telephone service?

Yes, of course. The phone is free for all our members. You can also hire your own phone line if you have a private office.

12. What is the difference between coworking and an office space?

Coworking implies a desk, for you and your team in a shared work environment. This can be in an open space together with other professionals or in a shared room. If you want an exclusive private office for you and your team, choose our private offices.

13. What security measures does Céntrico have to protect members and their belongings?

Our goal is to keep members and their belongings safe at all times. To do this, we ask all visitors to check in at the front desk with a valid photo ID. We have a fingerprint access system and security cameras installed in all work spaces to keep a record of everything that happens in our facilities. We also have lockers in case you want to keep your personal belongings under lock and key. Please speak to reception for more information.

14. What is Céntrico's events policy regarding alcohol and safety?

If you organize an event in CÉNTRICO, these are some of the general guidelines that you should keep in mind: If alcoholic beverages are to be served during the event, those who are minors may not consume them. The organizer must sign a contract and the regulations of the event. The organizer of the event must deliver the list of attendees to the CENTRICO team at least 3 hours before the event. Only people who are included in the attendee list will be able to enter the event. We charge a security deposit for events, and it will be returned to you at the end when the event has run smoothly.

15. Who does maintenance and how often are things cleaned?

We have a dedicated cleaning staff. They clean our work spaces twice a day and the restrooms three times a day. If something is not working properly, report it to the CENTRICO team for repair.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in cash, credit card and bank transfers.

17. an we bring our own phone, furniture, printers, etc.?

Yes. You can bring any personal items you need to work. If you rent a private office, bring the objects you want to personalize your workspace. We want you to feel comfortable and at home at Centrico!

18. Do you receive and send packages?

We can help ship any package for you, please speak to reception and they will be able to advise you. We are also happy to receive any package that has been delivered to our office and we will deliver it to you as soon as it arrives.

19. Do you have parking?

We do not have parking. However, we can offer you unlimited access to a parking lot just half a block away with a special price of 800 pesos per month.

20. Can I bring guests to CENTRICO?

You can invite a maximum of 2 people for a couple of hours, but if they are going to work with you all day, you must buy a day pass for them or book a meeting room.
